🚫 Returns

Please note, we do not accept returns once product has been opened for change of mind or unwanted items.

🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@thelightpathltd.co.uk. In order to verify the issue and process a replacement if needed, we require the following:

  • Clear photos of the product box and packaging

  • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the fault or issue

This helps us assess the problem and ensure accurate support.

We reserve the right to decline a replacement if the product has been damaged through misuse, or if adequate evidence is not provided.
If a product is faulty we will provide you with a prepaid returns label to send the product back to us so we can investigate further and will issue a refund in this case. 

📦 Shipping

  • We currently ship within the UK only.

  • Orders are dispatched next working day after purchase.

  • Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days via standard UK delivery services.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
